Q: Is PT 1 on 1 or with a group?

A: Either! Our trainers are happy to work with you in any setting you prefer. 

Q: What does PT include?

A: Your first session includes a fitness assessment that will address various health components such as cardiovascular shape and muscular endurance. This will help you and your trainer develop your program which is specifically designed to meet your outlined fitness goals. 

Q: Do I need a membership to DCF to participate in PT?

A: A membership is not required. However, we highly recommend getting one so that you are not limited in your workouts. With a membership, your trainer can outline workouts for you to complete during the week which is ideal!

Q: Can I choose my trainer?

A: Absolutely! Currently we have three certified trainers on staff:

Nina A. Glisan: AFAA CPT
Rebecca Iden: AAAI-ISMA CPT
Max Beitzel: AFAA CPT

Feel free to call us and ask which trainer we think would work best with you and your current fitness goals!

Q: How many sessions can I have?

A: You can have as many sessions as you want! If you are a beginner or have very specific goals, 5+ sessions is recommended.
